Germany offers many possibilities for wonderful motorbike-tours. The north is rather flat and has many lakes in the east. Here a great many ancient avenues lined with trees have been conserved. Nice beaches and ancient Hanseatic cities along the North- and Baltic Sea invite its visitors to be discovered.

Germany’s middle is green and hilly. The Thuringian Forest, the Ore Mountains, Hunsrück, Westerwald and the Harz are wooded mountain ranges, which can be nicely explored due to its extended road network. In the south-west the Rhineland attracts travelers with its river banks and its wine regions at the Rhine, Moselle and Neckar. In the south the Alps offer an wonderful country side for exciting tours crossing the Allgäu and Upper Bavaria.
In Germany numerous roads are labeled as holiday roads (mountain road, vine road, etc.). You can surely enjoy its pleasures while traveling them.

On a culinary level you can also find pleasures in Germany. Every region has its specialty: The north has Labskaus (Corned Beef with mashed potato, roll mop and fried egg) and marzipan from Lübeck, Brandenburg has Eisbein (pickled knuckle of a pig with Sauerkraut), Berlin has Buletten (meat balls), Rhineland has Sauerbraten (marinated pot roast), Westphalia has Mettwurst (a smoked sausage spread ) and Thuringia has Rostbratwurst (grilled sausage), Dresden has Stollen (kind of like a fruit cake at Christmas), the Palatinate has Saumagen (cocked sow stomach), Baden has its Black Forest Cake, the Swabians have their Maultaschen, the Bavarians have their Leberkäse (meat loaf made of ham and pork ) plus beer brewed from wheat (Weißbier).

Beer is commonly known as the national beverage at German and the October fest at Munich is known as the most famous beer festival in the world. German wines rank among the best qualities as well.
