In the country of Czech one finds places of nearly untouched nature and places which have a century-old tradition. Cheb, for example, here died during medieval times the legendary general Wallenstein. Plzen has more to offer than just a wonderful old part of town, for example its brewing tradition (Pilsner Urquell). Ceské Budejovice, too, became famous because of its beer (Budweiser). The West-Bohemian baths like Karlovy Vary, Márianské Lzne and Frantiskovy Lzne owe their fame to curing wells. These towns are surrounded by the wonderful country sides of the Bohemian Forest.

In the north of the country one can enjoy nature at its best in the Giant Mountains.

Moravia situated in the eastern part offers riding tours through wooded highland, vineyards and alongside picturesque castles. It can also be recommendable to visit the "Moravian karst" with its valleys and caves.
Significant is: The Czechs are the calmness themselves. Everyday life is peaceful and the traveler does good to accommodate to that pace - unless, he rides to Prague. A lot of things are different in the "golden town.” For example it is the most sought for destination for tourists from all over the world, it is a lot more expensive than elsewhere in Czech, but it is also wonderful here. One should definitely search for a safe parking place for the motorbike.

Anyone traveling to Czech surely wants to try roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut. If there is such a thing as a national dish it is exactly this. Typical Czech is also goulash or Svicková (loin roast in cream sauce). Unsurpassed are Knedliky (dumplings), which one can also enjoy with Zeli (spicy white cabbage). As a dessert Palatschinken or apple strudel are famous.
In Czech pivo (beer) is not only a beverage, but also elixir of life, no matter whether light or dark. Famous brandies are Slivowitz (plums brandy), Merunkowitz (apricots brandy) and Becherovka (Karlsbader herb brandy).

Some geography:
