For not-Hungarians the Hungarian language is an acoustic pleasure and a book with seven seals at the same time. Hungarian names of places are a true tongue twister. The reason sounds surprising. Hungarian belongs to the Finnish-Ugrischen language family. It resembles therefore the Finnish language which is due to the migrations a long time ago.
It is best to listen to a Hungarian pronounce the names of food or expressions and then simply exercise, exercise, exercise. Have fun! |
